YouTube is now offering podcasts on YouTube Music in the United States. This feature allows users to transition from watching video podcasts on the main YouTube app to listening to their audio counterparts on YouTube Music.
The app will allow offline listening as well. YouTube pointed out in the release some features may require a Premium or Music Premium subscription, and won’t eliminate ad reads within some podcasts.
The availability of podcasts on YouTube Music will expand to other regions in the future.
