Cumulus Media has announced the appointment of Kris Daniels and Joe Castelan as Morning Hosts on 93.7 Kiss Country/KSKS-FM in Fresno, CA, starting July 24. The station’s long-serving Morning Host, Jody Jo Mize, will transition to an afternoon slot.
Bringing over two decades of experience in the radio industry, Kris Daniels has been an on-air talent in multiple markets including Fresno, Las Vegas, NV, Louisville, KY, and Bakersfield, CA. Prior to joining Cumulus Media, Daniels was an Executive Network Producer and On-Air Talent for Audacy and Director of Music and Programming for Radio Disney/Radio Disney Country in Los Angeles.
Joe Castelan, who started his career as Promotions Coordinator at Cumulus Fresno, was most recently the Promotions Director and Morning Host for Cumulus Media’s Kat Country 103/KATM-FM in Stockton-Modesto, CA. Castelan holds a B.A. degree in Mass Communications and Journalism, Broadcast Journalism & Public Relations from California State University-Fresno.
