That’s according to WTN Nashville host Dan Mandis who’s been posting periodic Facebook updates on Phil Valentine’s condition. Valentine was hospitalized with COVID last month. Valentine’s family says the issue is “critical.”
Mandis write that Valentine’s “AFib is better and his BP is improving. The hope now is that his dependence on the vent will decrease and his lungs will improve.” Valentine was put on a ventilator to give his body rest.
I really don’t give a hoot if this guy lives or dies. It just goes to show how many famous morons there are in the US. Look at the GOP governing body, Desantis, Johnson, Graham, Abbott,… and on and on…and they say stupidity never stops! The GOP political party has proven that thesis.
Sad sad person to be pitied who wishes death upon a fellow human being just because of differing political views

We are learning a lot about mainly folks on the left who get off on dancing on the graves, metaphorically, of victims of COVID. These finger-pointers seem very soulless and cruel, to me. Shame on them.

He used science on his radio show, he used science when he flew in a plane.

I wouldn’t wish Covid on anybody. No way. At all. Early on the way Covid was explained was like this: it’s one thing that an individual has high cholesterol and heart disease, but, that person isn’t putting other people at risk. Covid works way differently, the unvaccinated and unmasked ARE putting others at risk.
The tragedy here is that Mr Valentine had a radio platform and large audience that listened to him and respected his opinion to the point of following his lead in going unvaccinated and unmasked. At least Elvis Presley was photographed getting a polio shot before his Ed Sullivant appearance that helped teenagers organize vaccination drives. Imagine that. Covid vaccination drives.
That sort of community did not happen in Nashville, as in a lot of other places with talk radio personalities taking the same track as Mr Valentine.

Radio has been irresponsible. In 1995, the FCC forbade companies to own more than 40 stations, today Clear Channel owns 1200 stations, Cumulus owns 505 stations. Radio has failed local communities and is on life support from corporations like Phil Valentine is on life support at at hospital.
I wouldn’t wish either on anyone.

And no doubt, the audience and revenue agendas of Salem and others, takes priority over lives. They cannot allow medical science to “look better” than their core product, selling Jesus.

Another prominent anti-vaxxer in Florida gets a rude dose of reality and winds up hospitalized. It’s believed that Bernier was unvaccinated as he often made disparaging remarks about the vaccine and masks while on air.
and this on the heels of Dick Farrell – another conservative, anti-vax, Florida host – passing away last week of Covid. One of the last texts he sent a friend regarding the shot: “Get it! I wish I had gotten it!”
This is just all so tragic.
