iHeart Launches Get Out The Vote Campaign

1

iHeartMedia Philadelphia announced the “10,000 Voices” campaign to engage 10,000 voices for the presidential election in November. iHeartMedia Philadelphia will use its radio stations and digital products combined with HeadCount’s voter engagement tools along with support from the Philadelphia’s Commissioners Office in the 100 days leading up to voter registration deadlines in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware.

“10,000 Voices” will provide three paths for voter engagement – voter registration; a Me+3 Pledge, an initiative which will encourage listeners to bring three friends or family members to vote; and voting by mail.

iHeartMedia Philadelphia will promote voter registration on air, on the iHeartRadio app, on its websites and through its social media platforms, with encouragement from on-air personalities from all six stations. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the campaign will also promote voting by mail.

“The ‘10,000 Voices’ campaign will not only emphasize the importance of being registered to vote, but also ensure our communities’ voices are heard when we go out to the polls on November 3rd,” said Derrick Corbett, iHeartMedia Philadelphia Senior Vice President of Programming.

  1. I’m voting this year because I want to keep our amendments and constitutional right to have freedom of speech to bear arms and freedom of religion and if Biden gets in I know we will lose those rights and we will become a socialist country I’m voting this year because I want to keep our amendments and constitutional right to have freedom of speech to bear arms and freedom of religion and if Biden gets in I know we will lose those rights and we will become a socialist country
