Dave Smith, who was let go from his Vice President of Programming position for Radio One Atlanta last week, is being accused of sexual harassment by former HOT 107.9 on-air host Feleg Abraham.
Rodney Ho of the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports that Abraham has filed a lawsuit against Smith claiming that on May 22, 2017, “Smith trapped her in his office, groped her, took his penis out and demanded she perform oral sex on him.”
Ho reports that Abraham quit in February 2018 “when she realized nothing would change.”
Smith was let go the same day the lawsuit was filed. Smith gave Ho the following statement: “This is an organized attempt by some former employees looking to capitalize on the #MeToo climate. I categorically deny these disgusting statements. I have no further comment.”
