Karen Wishart began her employment with Urban One as an Executive VP on October 2. She’ll be taking over for Linda Vilardo as Chief Administrative Officer after Vilardo’s final day on the job, which is December 31. Vilardo is retiring. The two will work together during the transition. According to an SEC filing, when Wishart takes over she’ll be paid a base salary of $425,000 with an opportunity to make up to $150,000 in bonuses.
