The folks at Kalil & Company tell Radio Ink that KVSO-AM in Ardmore, KKAJ-FM in Davis, KYNZ-FM in Lone Grove, and KTRX-FM, Dickson, are being sold by LKCM Radio Group to SMG-Ardmore. LKCM is based out of Texas and also owns stations in Dallas-Ft. Worth, Wichita Falls, Texas, and Las Vegas. SMG-Ardmore is based in Oklahoma and lead by David Stephens. Stephens Media Group also owns stations in Oklahoma and New York. The price was not announced.
