Emmons “Skip” Woolwine passed away Thursday, November 7, at Vanderbilt Medical Center from a heart-related illness. Woolwine was a founding member of the Tennessee Radio Hall of Fame. He was passionate about this and, even though he wasn’t a board member, he continually mentored those of us who are on the board. He was always willing to help, to lend advice, and just offer friendship.

Friends will be received at 12:30 p.m. at St. George’s Episcopal Church located at 4715 Harding Pike, Nashville, TN 37205. The service will follow at 2:30 p.m. All are welcome to make a donation to the Hall memory of Ski. There is a “Donate” feature on our website where folks can do that (either with a credit card online or via check/mail).
