This will be the third station for Jim Lamke’s Lamke Broadcasting in Minnesota. He also owns two stations in Grand Rapids. He’s now picking up KBAJ-FM in Deer River from Red Rock Radio. Minnesota-based Red Rock is owned by Kathy Lau and Shawn Skramstad, and has 20 stations in Minnesota, 16 of which are currently under file at the FCC to be assigned. KALIL & Company was the exclusive broker on the deal.
