Classic Rocker 99.7 The Fox (Charlotte) and Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, which serves 19 counties in North and South Carolina, together raised approximately $13,000 and 5,200 pounds of non-perishable food during the 15th annual Harvest Feast Marathon to help fight hunger in the Charlotte region. The event was held over four days — November 11/12 and 18/19 – and the Fox’s on-air personalities Morgen and Jeff Kent encouraged donations by offering a chance to win premium WWE Raw wrestling tickets to listeners who pledged to donate.
“This annual event, over two weekends, gives our listeners the opportunity to join 99.7 The Fox for the chance to help local families in need. Our listeners are extremely generous and show up year over year in support of our community,” said Jeff Kent, Program Director and on-air personality for 99.7 The Fox.
