The radio voice of Sooners football Toby Rowland hasn't missed a game since taking over play-by-play duties in 2011. Tomorrow's Cotton Bowl between Oklahoma and Florida will be the first after he tested positive for COVID-19 on Christmas Day.

Dick Broadcasting's VP of Programming has signed another 5-year contract to stay with the company. He oversees programming for Dick Broadcasting's 19 radio stations. Goodman has been with the company for 16 years.

KSER Loses Employee Number One

Independent radio station KSER in Everett, Washington lost one of their long-time employees this week. Ed Bremer worked at the station for decades. He was diagnosed with cancer back in 2019. Bremer was hired when the station first went on the air in 1990. General Manager Tom Clenedening paid tribute to his friend on the station website HERE.

WayFM’s Thom Ewing Retiring

Thom Ewing, longtime Station Manager of WayFM Huntsville, Alabama is retiring. Ewing was hired in 2002 as the founding General Manager of WAYH-FM, and has been the only manager in the station’s history.
