News Radio 1120AM / 98.7FM KMOX (KMOX-AM) in St. Louis will introduce a new local midday show. St. Louis Talks will feature personalities Carol Daniel, Ryan Wrecker and Bo Matthews.

KVI Gives Guest Host Show

The Ari Hoffman Show will be officially added to the Talk Radio 570 KVI line-up. Hoffman has been filling in since long time Afternoon Drive host Kirby Wilbur retired at the end of January.

United Stations syndicated Hip Hop personality Chubb Rock has picked up 15 new affiliates. The new affiliations include four new daily daypart broadcast outlets and eleven new affiliates for weekend programming. 

Wilkins New Chairman NYPR Board

The Board of Trustees of New York Public Radio has elected Timothy A. Wilkins Board Chair. The international lawyer, advocate for social justice and sustainability joined the board in 2018.

Roy Masters Dies at 92

Masters was the host of the talk radio counseling show Advice Line. It was a show he hosted since 1963, according to a Facebook post from his son Alan Taylor who announced his passing. Masters leaves behind 5 children, 17 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

Lance Tidwell is the new program director for 104.7 WZZK and Mix 97.3 (WPYA) in Birmingham, AL. Tidwell joins SummitMedia from Cumulus Media Detroit.

Cunningham is Back

Danny Cunningham rejoins 850 ESPN in Cleveland as a content teammate. Most recently, Danny was at SKOR NORTH in Minneapolis as a Timberwolves reporter and “Vikings Vent Line” co-host. He additionally worked at WOZN in Madison after starting his career here at 850 ESPN Cleveland in 2015.

iHeart Fires Host Over Tweet
