Following the debut of Radio/TV veteran, Shannon Scott on Pacific Media Group’s KQMQ-FM as host of the Sunday Mele, the former PD and morning show host will expand his role with the company to host two additional shows, weekends on KUMU FM.

David Shantz is the new Director of Engineering for Family Radio. Shantz joins Family Radio from Burk Technology where he was Product Manager. He will oversee more than 65 Family Radio sites across the country.

Lazer 99.3 & 98.5 (WLZX FM) will debut Toucher & Rich on May 9th. The show has been regionally syndicated since October 2021 and originates from WBZ-FM in Boston.
An Honorary Degree For A PA Radio Exec
Kerby Confer will receive an honorary Doctor of Commercial Science degree from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania at Spring Commencement. Since 1969, Confer has owned an interest and operated over 200 station licenses and is still active in 70 properties.
