Earlier this month The Department of Justice weighed in on the battle between the radio industry, represented by the RMLC, and Irving Azoff's Global Music Rights Organization. D.O.J., said the RMLC wrongly argued that GMR’s complaint does not plead price fixing. On Thursday the RMLC fired back.

After losing his job with WFAN, where he worked with Bart Scott and Maggie Gray, Chris Carlin announced on Twitter that he'll be hosting the 7-10 p.m. slot on ESPN in New York.

Adam Kashner is the new PD for Country station WXBM-FM/NASH 102.7 FM in Pensacola. Kashner heads to Pensacola from Cumulus Indianapolis, where he was APD at Country station WFMS-FM.
