Border Media and A&J Radio have merged and formed a new company called Loud Media, based out of Saratoga Springs, New York. The company also announced the purchase WNYV-FM in Whitehall, New York and WVNR-FM in Poultney, VT from Pine Tree Broadcasting.
Loud Media is not operating the two Pine Tree stations under an LMA as they await FCC approval for the deal.
