Austin Radio Network Raises $270K
The Horn, KOKE-FM and 105.3 The Bat, raised more than $270,000 in their “Buy a Box” campaign benefiting the Central Texas Food Bank. The “Buy a Box” campaign urges listeners to donate $30 for a 28-lb emergency food box containing 23 meals.
iHeart Raises $760K For Food Bank
iHeart's New Hampshire cluster, with help from TV station WMUR, have raised over $760,000 for the New Hampshire Food Bank following a one-hour broadcast called: “Project Community: New Hampshire Together From Home.”
Success For CMG Tampa Food Drive
Cox Media Group (CMG) Tampa partnered with Metropolitan Ministries to host Feed It Forward: A Virtual Food Drive April 16. More than a quarter-million dollars was raised in donations to help families who have been directly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hoosier first responders and essential workers are getting a boxed lunch boost from the Indy based The Bob & Tom Show. The show is teaming up with a bank chain and a local restaurant company to raise funds to buy boxed lunches for those on the frontlines of fighting the COVID-19 virus.

Support For Local Media Gaining Momentum
On Monday another letter was sent to President Trump urging him to help local media outlets devastated by extreme advertising revenue declines. The letter, authored by Debbie Dingell (D-MI), Bill Flores (R-TX), Marc Veasey (D-TX), and Fred Upton (R-MI) now has over 240 signatures.
