iHeartMedia Dallas/Fort Worth’s 97.1 (KEGL-FM) The Eagle, will host “Russ Martin Show Listeners Foundation Day”. Funds will support the families of Dallas/Fort Worth police officers and firefighters who have fallen in the line of duty.

John Spataro has been promoted to lead operations of the Illinois Radio Network. The network is a news, sports and information service created with radio in mind, to provide content to affiliates across the state. Spataro was the affiliate and Sales Manager​​ before being promoted.

Kristy Beebe has been named Market President for iHeartMedia Indianapolis replacing Brett Beshore. The Circle City market is made up of five stations comprised of Classic Rock, Alternative, Hip Hop and R&B, Sports and Business News.

Karen Dalessandro, afternoon drive host on 96.5 WKLH Milwaukee, is heading for warmer climes. She will be leaving at the end of March for 100.7 KSLX Phoenix.

The Ace & TJ Family has introduced a second syndication option. The new offering is branded Ace & TJ Anytime.

Sports journalist Buck Reising joins 104.5 The Zone/WGFX-FM. Reising takes over the midday slot on the Cumulus station.

Jingle creator and producer Jason Phelps and Benztown have worked out an agreement. Phelps will lead commercial audio production and voice talent for Benztown partner Yamanair Creative’s radio station clients.
