RAB Hires Lawrence to Oversee NRTS
The Radio Advertising Bureau has hired Rob Lawrence as its general manager to oversee the National Radio Talent System (NRTS), a division of the trade organization. Lawrence will be based in Madison, Mississippi and report to RAB President and CEO Erica Farber.
Gracie Awards Deadline Extended
The deadline to submit entries for the 48th annual Gracie Awards has been extended through January 26, 2023, with entries required before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Eentry eligibility air dates are from January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2022. For more details, go HERE.

Progressive aired 53,072 commercials on radio stations across the country last week, according to the latest report from Media Monitors. Lowe's came in second with 46,825.

According to a new report released today from The Center for Sales Strategy, the hardest part of a sales managers job is recruiting new talent. CSS conducted two online surveys in Q4 of 2022 which included just under 300 sales managers and account executives.
