Greater Media Transition On Track
Beasley Media CEO Caroline Beasley says the company will recognize a $45 million gain from the Greater Media transaction, based on the value of the assets and the price the company paid. She said the integration of Greater Media is on track and should be completed within the schedule the company set when it closed the deal.

Republicans Turn To Radio To Twist Arms
The American Action Network, a nonprofit group aligned with Speaker Paul Ryan, is turning up the heat on opponents of the American Health Care Act. The bill will be voted on by the House, Thursday, and according to The Washington Examiner, the non-profit launched a $10 million radio campaign on conservative talk stations in 28 House districts.
NAB Recruiter Registration Now Open
NAB Education Foundation’s Media Sales Institute has opened registration for recruiters. Media Sales Foundation is an intensive 7-day program that trains recent college graduates for careers in media sales. The registration deadline is Friday, March 31.

CBS Bosses To Be Part of New Entercom Board
Monday afternoon CBS and Entercom filed applications with the FCC to move forward with the merger that was announced back in February. CBS CEO Les Moonves and COO Joe Ianniello are proposed to be directors of Entercom for six months once the merger is complete.
