Salem was a busy company, Monday. Not only did it have several new management announcements, the company also changed the name of its National Promotions Department to Salem Events & Marketing. Salem’s President of Broadcast Media Dave Santrella said, “Like many other broadcasters, events have become a major area for revenue growth. Salem events are unique to the audiences we serve and I am excited at the opportunity to provide those events to like-minded media outlets outside of Salem’s existing markets.”
Dan Nelson will expand his role and be given the new title of Director, Salem Events and Marketing.
