In an SEC filing Thursday, the Saga Board of Directors said it was temporarily suspending its quarterly cash dividend due to the COVID-19 crisis. The company also says it is taking steps to save money including reducing capital spending and asking vendors for discounts.
The filing also says that by preserving cash, the company believes market conditions may present attractive acquisition opportunities.
