iHeartMedia Sacramento has named Chris Matthews Program Director and afternoon drive host for Country station 92.5 The Bull, effective March 12. In his new role, Matthews will be responsible for the day-to-day programming operations of 92.5 The Bull. He will work closely with on-air personalities and sales to oversee the station’s on-air content, digital footprint, and music programming. Matthews joins The Bull from KMLE-FM in Phoenix, where he served as Assistant Program Director, Music Director, morning show host, and afternoon drive host. He has also worked as Director of Marketing and Promotions for Cumulus Communications in Tucson.
