Philanthropist and owner of Pennsylvania’s WBEB-FM/101.1 More FM, Jerry Lee, is to receive the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters Gold Medal Award. It’s the Association’s highest award and it will be presented to Lee on May 7. The PAB Gold Medal is awarded annually to a citizen of the Commonwealth who has excelled in the arts, communication, education, entertainment, industry, legislative public service, science, or sports. Since 1966, Pennsylvania broadcasters have gathered in this annual salute to a Pennsylvanian who has distinguished himself or herself through significant contributions to the Commonwealth and to the nation.
