The amount of money paid to Saudi Arabian student Abdulrahman Alharbi was not released and neither party “admits any fault, wrongdoing or responsibility” as part of the settlement. Beck accused Alharbi of being the money man in the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing. Alharbi was interviewed by the FBI but it was determined he was not part of the terrorist attack. Tamerlan and Dzhokhar were the perpetrators of the bombings that killed three people and injured more than 260 others. Alharbi filed a defamation lawsuit against Beck, his firms The Blaze and Mercury Radio Arts, and Premiere in 2014.
