WeWork is a shared office company with about 90 locations and 60,000 members all over the world. The new partnership has iHeart creating live stations for the company, along with targeted podcast content and a new studio, which was built at the WeWork New York City heardquarters for interviews, events, and performances.
“Work Radio” will be available under iHeartRadio’s Live stations and will stream across all of WeWork’s locations nationwide beginning June 14. It will also be available under a special “Perfect For Work” activity along with three iHeartRadio Original music stations specially programmed to help workers get their work done. Later this summer, iHeartRadio will begin live streaming episodes of an original podcast on Work Radio which will feature conversations between entrepreneurs and creators for the community of WeWork members and iHeartRadio’s listeners.
