Now is the time to enter the 2016 Edward R. Murrow Awards. Submit your entries using the online registration system. Entries will be accepted online through February 5. Stories told between January 1 and December 31, 2015 on radio, television, and digital media are eligible for entry in the 2016 contest.
Also open are the 2016 Kaleidoscope Awards and students are invited to enter the Student Edward R. Murrow Awards competition.
Judging will take place in March. Regional winners will be announced in April, and those winners automatically move on to the national competition.

How joy! Another piece of candy given out to whomever asks for it. Not at all sure that this award means much anymore. And stations only use it to prop up their egos, for what they think will translate into ratings.
