In a filing with the SEC Wednesday Cumulus revealed what four executives would be paid if certain performance goals were met by the company. If the company met those quarterly EBITDA performance goals CEO Mary Berner can make an additional $1.47 Million in 2017. CFO John Abbot would be paid $587,500, Westwood One’s Suzanne Grimes can take home $120,000 and General Counsel Richard Denning would make $480,000. If the EBITDA goals are not met, there will be no payout.
