Jonese Franklin (pictured) will join the newsroom as Digital Editor, where she will oversee WFPL’s digital news and social media operations. WFPL has also hired Roxanne L. WSOU inducted Bernie Wagenblast ’78 and Bob Picozzi ’72 into its Hall of Fame and presented a new award – the WSOU Distinguished Young Alumna – to Stephanie Wightman ‘08. Honorees will be inducted on Thursday April 14. Ceremonies will be held in the fourth floor atrium of Seton Hall University’s Jubilee Hall at 7 p.m.

Bloomberg reports iHeartMedia debtholder Bluejay Securities, an affiliate of Elliott Management Corp., is one of the debtholders challenging iHeart's transfer of 100,000 shares of Clear Channel Outdoor to Broader Media. iHeart alleges, according to Bloomerg, that Bluejay would "reap a financial windfall" if creditors can push iHeart into default because it bought short-term credit default swaps.
