2017 iHeartRadio Music Festival Dates Set

September 22 and 23 are the dates for the 2-day music event in Las Vegas this year. The event will be held at the T-Mobile Arena, with artists being announced at a later date. The Daytime Village will also return to the Las Vegas Village across from the Luxor Hotel on Saturday, September 23.

A new show about NASCAR, Happy Hours, will start its engine on March 28 and air every Tuesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. ET. Motor racing fans will be excited to know that the show, airing exclusively on the NASCAR Radio Channel, will be hosted by champion driver Kevin Harvick.

The company was already reeling in the Tampa market from the alleged Bubba The Love Sponge ratings tampering case, and now this WYUU-FM controversy is piled right on top of that. And from all the information we've been able to gather, Nielsen has not provided Beasley with a specific reason why a four-person PPM household in Tampa was kicked off the panel.

And speaking of Bubba, in a 26-page court filing, the ratings firm defends one of its expert witnesses, David Haas, by calling Bubba The Love Sponge's claim that Haas' testimony should be disqualified "a straw man argument." Bubba wants Haas' testimony excluded from his ratings tampering case because he's never worked in, nor does he have expertise in, the radio or measurement industries.

Davis Broadcasting: Celebrating 30 Years, And Still Going Strong

Greg Davis and his wife, Cheryl, started the Davis Broadcasting 30 years ago, with Greg as the CEO and GM and Cheryl as the operations manager. They are still running the company together today, along with their son Greg, Jr. and daughter Geniece Granville.
