The WBSU Hall of Fame Selection Committee has announced its 2020 class to be inducted on April 4, 2020. WBSU is the student-run on-campus radio station for SUNY College at Brockport.
FCC Refuses To Be Bullied By Court
On Thursday, The FCC filed a petition in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit seeking a review of its recent decision vacating the FCC’s modernized media ownership rules. The FCC has been battling with this court for 15 years.
NAB Also Objects
In a 29-page petition the NAB says the 3rd Circuit Court's decision to again reject ownership rule changes prevents The FCC from following the rules mandated by Congress and will distort every future quadrennial review of those rules.
