KYW Inducts Three Into Hall of Fame
KYW Newsradio in Philadelphia has inducted three members into its Hall of Fame: former Director of News & Programming Steve Butler, longtime morning news anchor Harry Donahue, and longtime afternoon anchor Steve Nikazy.

The deadline to purchase tickets for the 2021 Country Radio Hall of Fame Induction Dinner and Awards Ceremony is October 6. The event is set for October 13 in Nashville.

At the Radio Ink Hispanic Radio Conference last week, Michael Bergner from the Media Brokerage firm Bergner & Company, gave the radio industry a reality check. He said the stock market is booming, businesses have never been worth so much, and none of this applies to radio.
More Honors For Our Boss
The President of the Radio, TV & Podcasting Divisions of Streamline Publishing, Deborah Parenti, is picking up another honor from the Dayton Area Broadcasters. The Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Deborah at their next Hall of Fame event. She's already a member of the Dayton Broadcasters Hall of Fame.
Garabedian Sells To Chessare
Codcomm, owned by John Garabedian, is selling his seven Cape Cod radio stations to Steve Chessare's Coxswain Communications for $3.2 million. KALIL & CO. was the exclusive broker for this deal.
