Since 2012, WJBE-FM in Knoxville has been owned by Joe Armstrong. Now Armstrong is in jeopardy of losing the station because he did not include, in two license renewal applications with The FCC, that he was convicted of a crime. The Commission does not take that omission lightly.

Former Radio Station to Become Podcast Studio
The former student-run radio station at Eastern Oregon University is being converted to a podcast studio for students. KEOL was voted away in 2021 by the student fee committee due to the high cost of operating the station and reduced interest from students.

WLTJ Brings Ya Jagoff To Pittsburgh
WLTJ-FM is adding the co-hosts of the popular Pittsburgh Podcast, “Ya Jagoff!” to the on-air lineup starting June 6. Rachael Rennebeck and John Chamberlin, creators of the local podcast, will now bring “Ya Jagoff on Q” to 92.9 FM weekdays from 7 to 10 pm.
KILT-AM Hires New Brand Manager
