Brother Wease Hits Snooze In Rochester For Later WAIO Show

0

Longtime Rochester talk radio host Alan Levin, known on-air as Brother Wease, has a new timeslot on iHeartMedia’s WAIO. Starting Monday, September 18, Wease will be moving from his traditional morning drive slot to a midday show which will also feature his wife Doreen, along with co-hosts John DiTullio and Dale Budziszewski, aka Dale Buda.

Wease’s career in radio began in 1983. Before joining WAIO, he had a successful stint in Rochester as the morning show host on WCMF.

Wease requested the change, citing shifts in morning commuting patterns due to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as personal reasons. The move is part of a larger reshuffling of the station’s lineup. The morning slot will now be filled by the nationally syndicated show Rover’s Morning Glory.
