This comes from a recently filed bankruptcy court document and involves contracts between the two companies. Those agreements include such things as affiliation agreements for Westwood One News, Satellite Services, Chicago Bears Football and The Carson Daily Show. There are over 30 contracts in the court filing. Cumulus announced this week that the bankruptcy court has approved Cumulus’ reorganization plan and the company expects to emerge from Chapter 11 before the end of Q2.
