Mark Gray is President of Katz Radio Group. With 240 million weekly listeners across the country, Katz Radio Group has the largest reach of any radio representation company in America, representing every major radio group with more than 3,000 radio stations and thousands of digital platforms. Gray leads the Katz team in leveraging the company’s scale, thought leadership, and industry insights to provide the most innovative marketing solutions, technology, and revenue strategies for advertisers, agencies, and Katz partners. Gray’s extensive background in radio advertising began when he joined Katz in 1988 as an account executive. He has since been promoted within the company to various positions, including General Sales Manager and Vice President. He became President of Katz Radio in 2001, and was then promoted to his current role as President of Katz Radio Group in 2006.

Erica Farber 300Erica Farber is president and CEO of the RAB. She joined the organization in January of 2012 as EVP for membership, services, and professional development and rose to her current post later in the year. Before that, she was CEO of radio consulting and Internet service provider the Farber Connection, founded in 2010. During her 15-year tenure at Radio & Records, she served as COO, President, Publisher, and CEO. Earlier in her career, Farber was VP/Radio Development Director at Interep.

This spans the owned and operated station group, iHeart Networks, Premiere Networks, Inside Sales, and iHeartMedia Connections. With 25 years of integrated marketing experience, Howard works closely with the largest U.S. advertising, marketing, promotional, and agency partners to unlock the iHeartMedia platform potential. He joined Eastman Radio in 1990 and was named New York Team Manager in 1993. Several years later, he served as Northeast Divisional Manager with AM/FM broadcast and served as its Eastern Regional Manager. Howard became national sales president in 2000 with iHeartMedia. With his many years of experience in advertising sales, he has created relationships that have driven tremendous results for key clients with his strategic insight and innovation.

Jack MyersJack Myers, media ecologist and Chairman of MyersBizNet Inc., has been the go-to visionary in the media business for more than 30 years. MyersBizNet “future proofs” the business of more than 200 member companies through exclusive market intelligence, economic data, and strategic insights for decisionmaking. Myers’ new book focuses on The Future of Men: Masculinity in the Twenty-First Century; it was published in fall 2015 in association with a series of short documentary films produced by Morgan Spurlock’s Cinelan productions. Myers is also founder of FutureMen.org and of WomenAdvancing, an all-women’s dual-mentoring support group in the media, advertising, and marketing community. Myers’ career includes sales and management positions at CBS, ABC, and Metromedia.

He leads investment strategies across four global agency brands, ensuring that every client receives a better return on investment while continuing to create a robust and enriching environment for all employees. Previously CEO of Zenith US, Penski added an impressive list of clients, including Kohl’s, SONIC, H&M, Gulf States Toyota, Nintendo, FX, Farmers Insurance, Hulu, American Cancer Society, Oracle, and GoPro. As the lead on the Verizon account, he oversaw ad spending that scaled from $65 million to $2.5 billion, while he was simultaneously responsible for all newspaper, magazine, and outdoor media operations at Zenith. In addition, Penski has created numerous initiatives at Publicis Media, including the Vision for Excellence program, Zenith Gives Back, pro bono media work for Autism Speaks, and the Media Trainee Program. He is also an active board member for the Binghamton School of Management.
