SoundCloud’s digital audio advertising inventory in the United States will now be part of Triton’s exchange. The latest GMR court filing states that radio stations represented by RMLC do not want real competition concerning the music they play, nor do they want to pay for the value GMR and its writers bring to the table. And GMR has asked the court to dismiss the RMLC's lawsuit for three reasons.

Pai, a Republican, will initially lead an FCC with a 2-to-1 Republican majority. The President can name a Republican and another person to fill the two open seats with nominees who will need Senate approval.
