Goldstein interviewed iHeartRadio's Elvis Duran, and Senior Vice President of Podcasting, Chris Peterson, both of whom found great value in the podcast extensions of Duran’s Morning Show.

Hudson To GM Gallagher Show For Salem

The Mike Gallagher Show has brought in longtime Gallagher associate Joey Hudson as GM of the nationally syndicated Talk program. Hudson, who is the Executive Director of Gallagher's 501(c)3 non-profit foundation Gallagher's Army: Fallen Officer Fund, exits WGTK-WRTH/Greenville, SC , where he is GM, to take up the new position.

Five radio identities have been named by the Arizona Broadcasters Association in ABA's 28th Annual Hall of Fame class. The 2017 inductees, who were chosen based on their outstanding contributions to broadcast journalism, are Jan D’Atri, Bob Davies, Steve Goddard, Allen Kath, and Michael Owens.

Rex Long will be the new PD and on-air talent for 98.9 Magic FM in Colorado Springs. Long joins Magic from Cumulus in Montgomery where he has been PD for the past seven years at WHHY-FM. He was also PD for KCDD-FM in Abilene. Long started his radio career in Dallas as on-air talent and producer at KISS-FM. He starts his new job Monday, June 26.
