CBS Radio Chicago has appointed Brian Peck to the midday slot beginning Monday, November 6. He will be heard from 10 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on WJMK, 104.3 “K-Hits.” Current midday personality Jeffrey T. Mason will move to the new afternoon drive slot of 2:30-7 p.m. following the departure of six-year host Gary Spears.

The two companies announced Thursday that Alpha Media stations in 50 markets have begun rolling out on the iHeartRadio app.

In celebration of Billy Graham's 99th birthday, SiriusXM is launching the Billy Graham Channel. The limited-run channel will showcase the Christian pastor's most inspiring sermons and uplifting messages. The Billy Graham Channel will debut on Monday, November 6 at 12:00 a.m. ET through Friday, November 17 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on channel 145 on satellite and via streaming.

Originally, the plan was for Entercom to recognize $25 million in cost-saving synergies from its merger with CBS Radio. Entercom CEO David Field has hinted in previous earnings calls that there was a possibility that could go higher, but this increase was massive.
