David Bowie Channel Returns To SiriusXM

After the passing of the music icon, SiriusXM is bringing back the David Bowie Channel to honor his career and life. The exclusive, limited-run channel, which originally aired in 2013, will feature music from Bowie's entire career, from his earliest recordings through his most recent release Blackstar, as well as rare tracks and demo versions of some of Bowie's greatest songs. The David Bowie Channel will run now through January 18 on SiriusXM's The Loft, channel 30.

CMG Atlanta is adding a live and local voice to WSRV-FM The River. English Nick is the new night host for the station. Nick has been weekend and fill-in host on The River for four years. Prior to joining CMG in 2011, Nick worked at other Atlanta rock stations including WNNX, 99X, and 96 Rock.

Sun Broadcast Group has entered into a purchase agreement with Bernadette Productions, producer of “The House of Hair with Dee Snider” radio show and daily vignettes. Pam Edwards, owner of Bernadette Productions, has put in 20 years of hard work for the show and Sun has asked Edwards to remain a stakeholder in the new venture.
