That's according to Nielsen's Total Audience Report for the third quarter of 2018 and for Americans 18 and over. While Nielsen says that number is growing, it doesn't have any historical data to back up that claim.

The ratings firm is out with its Total Audience Report for the third quarter of 2018. The news for the audio world is very encouraging. As more ways to listen to audio become available, more people are spending time with audio. And, according to Nielsen, radio continues to be the dominant player.

The Nebraska Broadcasters Association has made a $20,000 donation to the local chapter of the American Red Cross to aid the victims of the historic flooding impacting Nebraska and western Iowa.

44-year old Gantry “Wolfgang” Miller, co-host of “The Drive with Wolfgang and Steen” on 1700 The Champ in Des Moines was killed yesterday. Miller was stopped on the shoulder of I-80. After exiting his vehicle, he was hit by a passing semi-truck and declared dead at the scene.
