Jay Michaels, Operations Manager, Cumulus Shreveport, LA, has been named Program Director for Country station KRMD-FM. Michaels was named Operations Manager for Cumulus’ five-station group in Shreveport in July.

Former Alpha Host Sentenced To Probation

Mathew Rydberg, who was known as Matt McKay on Alpha’s KFRX-FM in Lincoln, was charged with domestic assault back in April. He was fired by Alpha in May, took a plea deal in July and was sentenced to two years probation this week.
