WGRF overnight and evening personality Cindy Chan will be joining the lineup at WECK.
“While other companies are firing great on-air talent here in Buffalo, and all over the country, making radio just a jukebox, WECK AM/FM continues to appreciate what live DJs bring to our radio culture and community, and we continue to hire,” said Radio One Buffalo owner and operator Buddy Shula. “As a kid I grew up in Buffalo listening to Cindy Chan. I loved her conversational on-air approach and her unique style of communicating; plus she really knows her music, and relates it so well to listeners.”
Chan’s radio career began in November 1979 and carried through to January of 2001 as an evening and overnight personality at WGRF 97 Rock in Buffalo.
Chan will begin with her Dance, Sing and Boogie-Woogie show Sunday afternoons, 1-6 p.m. on WECK.
