Former WCCO Host Sid Hartman Passes

Hartman was 100 years old when he died and spent 65 years with WCCO in Minneapolis. He was first hired in 1955 and created “Sports Heroes,” a daily interview show with the biggest names in sports. For decades, Hartman was a fixture on the radio. Even at the age of 100 he was still heard each week on the air.

Bell, Entercom Part Ways

Wendy Bell is officially gone from KDKA-Radio in Pittsburgh after being taken off the air in September. During her show last month Bell suggested park rangers should “shoot on sight” people vandalizing public monuments. Bell and Entercom mutually agreed to end their relationship.
