iHeartMedia has hired John Beck to run its St. Louis market. The 30 year vet joins iHeart from Emmis, where he most recently served as the SVP, overseeing St. Louis' heritage rock station, KSHE. He began his career at WFFM in Pittsburgh.
KALC-FM Denver Comes Up Big For Kids
The station raised $1.3 million for Children’s Hospital Colorado, part of the Children’s Miracle Network during Alice 105.9’s Cares for Kids Radiothon in Denver. The amount donated during the 20th annual radiothon brought the overall fundraising total to over $24 million since 2001.
Saga Collects Coats
The Columbus Radio Group hosted “COATS FOR A CAUSE,” to benefit the Columbus Homeless Families Foundation, and the response was overwhelming.
