NPR’s award-winning Code Switch team will launch a podcast this month exploring how race and culture collide with everything else in people’s lives. With a rotating cast of Code Switch reporters, editors and guest contributors, the podcast will invite listeners to re-examine their perspectives about race and identity.

Zito Heads To Tampa As New PD For WBRN 98.7

Beasley Media Group confirmed Tuesday that Jeff Zito is moving up the Gulf Coast from his position as Program Director at Fort Myers station WRXK/K-ROCK to begin his new PD role at Tampa’s WBRN/98.7 NO RULES ROCK. He will start working as WBRN’s Program Director, on Monday, June 20.

WGN’s Kelly Leonard To Host New Podcast

iHeartMedia Lawsuit Stays in Bexar

MySA.com is reporting that the upcoming May 16 court showdown between iHeartmedia and some of its bondholders will remain in Bexar County, Texas. A state district court judge has denied a motion by the bondholders to change the jurisdiction of iHeart’s lawsuit.
