Scott Slade, the morning host at Cox Media's WSB-AM (750 AM, 95.5 FM), will take a temporary leave of absence from the station, the company announced on Friday. A former morning host for Austin's KROX (101.5 FM) has sued the station and its owner, Waterloo Media, over her dismissal in 2021. The lawsuit, filed by Deb O'Keefe, claims Waterloo breached her employment contract; Waterloo has countersued, saying O'Keefe didn't follow the company's policies.
