Each applicant must fill out an online application and submit a paragraph explaining why he/she should be considered as a Rusty Walker Scholar.

Macy’s Make Its Move
Jumping from 30th to 4th on the Media Monitors weekly spot chart, Macy's aired 27,584 commercials on radio stations all across the country last week. The Home Depot was back in the top spot (50,810) after spending a week at number five. GEICO was second (42,474), followed by JC Penney (32,900). Rounding out the top five was McDonald's (27,014).
