And like most companies there has been monthly improvements since the April bottom caused by COVID. July was down 27%, August was off 21% and September declined 18%. October is actually up 2% but political had a lot to do with that.
Townsquare Q3 Revenue Down Only 15.3%
And that's not bad being that we're still stuck in the throws of a national pandemic. In Q3, Townsquare's revenue was down 21% in July, 16% in August and 9% in September, compared to the same three months in 2019.

Media Monitors reports that the bank ran 66,414 commercials on radio stations across the country last week making it the number one national advertiser on radio. One week ago Bank of America was 36th.
Christmas Drive Goes Virtual In Atlanta
The 30th Annual Clark’s Christmas Kids has been launched on a virtual platform. Clark Howard and Cox Media Group Atlanta’s WSB are partnering with the Georgia Division of Family and Children Services to provide gifts for foster children in Georgia.
Flag, Forum Sign Deal
Fargo-based Flag Family Media has entered into a partnership agreement with Forum Communications owned WDAY-AM. The agreement will give Flag Family Media an extensive role in WDAY-AM’s day-to-day operations and provides an eventual path to ownership.
WORD-AM Flagship For Furman Sports
ESPN Upstate (WORD-AM), in the Greenville-Spartanburg market, will serve as the flagship station for the school’s football and men’s basketball programs. As part of the partnership, gameday broadcasts will also be multicast on 97.7 FM/1330 AM in Greenville, 97.1 FM/950 AM in Spartanburg.
Entercom Closes on Sports Gaming Platform
On Monday, Entercom announced it has closed on the purchase of sports data and iGaming affiliate platform QL Gaming Group for $32 million.
Entercom Q3 Revenue Declines 30%
That's compared to Q3 of 2019. When compared to Q2 of 2020, Entercom's quarterly revenue increased 53%, showing signs that month-by-month, things are improving. The big unknown now is how the recent rise in COVID-19 cases, and the new President's plan to slow down the virus, will impact revenue going forward.
