That's for the month of March (M-F, 6A-8P) and that's based on Average Active Sessions, according to Triton Digital's latest ranker. Triton says there's been steady growth in online listening, March AAS increased over 13% when compared to March 2015 in the M-F, 6A-8P daypart.
TuneIn Adds Radio Disney To Premium Library
Radio Disney is added to TuneIn's Premium subscription side, which means it will cost $7.99 per month to listen without any ads. TuneIn Premium is the only platform offering a commercial-free stream of Radio Disney’s Top 40 feed. The ad-supported version of Radio Disney has been available to all TuneIn users since 2013.
SiriusXM Sells $1 Billion In Senior Notes
And that's more than the original plan, which was $750 Million worth. The notes will be due in 2026 and offered to institutional buyers only. SiriusXM plans to use a portion of the proceeds to repay all borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility. The company will use the remaining proceeds for general corporate purposes.

PodcastOne Hires Schlachter, Promotes Senit.
Amy Lewis Schachter (pictured) is PodcastOne's new VP for East Coast Sales. Schachter joins PodcastOne after 20 years with CBS Radio and Digital properties. The company also promoted Dana Senit to Vice President for West Coast Sales. Senit joined PodcastOne in 2015.
WOWO Launches Podcasts To Celebrate 90th
Last year, WOWO Radio in Fort Wayne, Indiana, celebrated 90 years of broadcasting with an on-air documentary and live show featuring present and previous personalities. This week, the radio documentary surrounding the history of WOWO was launched on the WOWO website. It's a seven-part series that kicks off with episode number one focusing on the early years between 1925 and 1940. A new episode will be posted every Monday.

David Goodman is Ace & TJ’s longtime manager. He becomes the CEO and President of the Radio Button Network, which the two Charlotte-based syndicated hosts launched last week.
Sirius XM Canada To Be Taken Private
The deal values Sirius XM Canada at about $367 million, according to Reuters. SiriusXM Holdings said it expects to pay about $275 million for the transaction, which will increase its stake in Sirius XM Canada to 70 percent from 37 percent, and give it ownership of 30 percent of its voting shares.
Compass Launches Lupica Podcast
The Mike Lupica Show, hosted by New York Daily News columnist Mike Lupica, will be the first joint venture podcast between Compass Media Networks and Hiltzik Creative, the content arm of Hiltzik Strategies. The Mike Lupica Show, a weekly one-hour podcast, will premiere May 17, with Seinfeld creator Larry David as the first guest. Topics will include sports, politics, and pop culture.
