Triton: Mobile Listening Skyrockets

In its April digital ranker, Triton is reporting that mobile listening made up 76.2% of total listening during the M-F 6A-8P daypart, which was an all-time high. When compared to March, the Urban AC format showed the largest listening gain with a 9.4 percent increase in Average Active Sessions (AAS).

Urban AC was followed by Top 40 (CHR) (8.3 percent), Country (5 percent), Sports (4.5 percent), and Urban Contemporary (4.3 percent). When compared to April 2015, Average Active Sessions grew in the Domestic Monday-Friday 6:00AM-8:00PM daypart (15.5 percent). Check out the full Triton April ranker HERE.
